Ubisoft - The Division Resurgence

The Division Resurgence is the mobile adaptation of the successful Tom Clancy's The Division franchise, bringing the acclaimed looter-shooter experience to handheld devices.

As a Gameplay Programmer on the project at Ubisoft Mobile, I am responsible for designing and implementing core gameplay systems using C++ within a large-scale collaborative production environment. I work closely with game designers, system engineers, and fellow developers to prototype new mechanics, iterate on gameplay features, and ensure a smooth, responsive player experience across mobile platforms.

My role includes debugging complex gameplay interactions, profiling and optimizing code for performance on various devices, and upholding code quality standards in a live AAA mobile development pipeline. I also contribute to systemic gameplay design, ensuring that features align with the tactical and immersive identity of the Division brand.

This position requires constant collaboration with cross-functional teams—design, animation, UI/UX, and QA—to deliver high-quality features that meet both technical and creative expectations.
